Description:
This course presents a brief discussion of the ethical challenges for mental health professionals in the area of confidentiality. The study guide presents the limitations and responsibilities of the right to privacy of mental health and substance abuse patients. Federal legislation (HIPPA and CFR 42Part Two) is also presented.
